President and Chief Executive Officer
James Colombo Jr.
Jim Colombo is the founder, CEO, and President of JCJ Consulting. He has 30 years of professional history of providing IT services to customers in the intelligence and defense communities. His areas of expertise include enterprise architecture, system integration, cybersecurity, and enterprise cloud analytics. He has been the lead system engineer on several award-winning projects.
Prior to founding JCJ Consulting, Jim was Vice President for Advanced IT Systems at Alion Science and Technology, Director of System Engineering at Proteus Technologies, and Principal System Engineer at both Henggeler Consulting and Raytheon Technologies.
Jim earned his Master’s of Business Administration, Master’s of Information Systems and Bachelor's of Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
His favorite saying is “Proceed as if success is inevitable”.

Mary Robidoux
Mary Robidoux is the Chief Operating Officer for JCJ Consulting. For the past 35 years, Mary has been at the forefront of introducing state-of-the-art technology solutions to transform critical mission operations for the intelligence community.
As a former senior executive for the US Government, program manager for several major efforts and lead systems engineer, Mary has led large organizations performing research, development and deploying technology solutions to Analysis, Signals Intelligence and Cyber Operations organizations resulting in countless mission successes.
Mary earned her Master's of Science in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins, Whiting School of Engineering and her Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
